Flowers Matter goes to great lengths to ensure the very best product for our customers. However, we are dealing with an organic product and on some occasions this product may not meet expectations.

You can generally expect your flowers to last 4 – 7 days provided they are cared for correctly. The following steps will help your flowers last as long as possible:-

• Keep the vase filled, or floral foam soaked, in water containing the flower food sachet supplied with your arrangement
• Re-cut the stems on an angle with a sharp knife or scissors
• Ensure the vase that is used is clean and filled with fresh water
• Remove any leaves that will be below the water line as leaves in water will promote bacterial growth
• Keep flowers in a cool spot, away from direct sunlight
• Keep the flowers away from drafts and air-conditioning

If you feel the flowers have not lasted for at least 3 days, please contact us immediately to discuss the issue. The original flowers will need to be sited so we can determine the cause of the problem and once satisfied that all care was followed, we will be happy to replace the flowers.  Flowers Matter are unable to offer refunds  but we will be happy to replace your flowers with the same or a substitute product.
